What buyers ask before, during, and after their first purchase. If yours isn't here, the ‘Talk to us’ link goes directly to a human.
The Data
Where does Pepleadz inventory come from?
Every record was captured at consumer checkout on a regulated payment platform we own outright. Each lead is transaction-verified — they paid with a real card, AVS-matched, CVV-matched. We don't aggregate signups, scrape, or buy from upstream brokers. The data lineage is single-source and compliance-attestable.
How fresh is the inventory?
Fresh tier: under 45 days at delivery. Standard tier: 90–365 days. Filter by `recency` (hot <30d / warm 30-90d / cold 90d+) to match your campaign tolerance. We don't sell records older than 12 months.
What fields ship in the CSV?
Email, phone (E.164 + line-type validated via Twilio), first/last name, full billing address, geo state/zip/country, transaction count, total spend, first/last purchase date, product category, dominant compounds purchased, card brand, multi-category flag, source identifier. Sample format available on request.
How is PII protected?
AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. Decryption only happens at CSV download time. Email addresses are SHA-256 hashed for dedup matching. Buyers receive plaintext at delivery time only.
Compliance & Consent
Is the data TCPA-clean?
Every record was captured under marketing-consent + third-party-transfer language at the original checkout. SendGrid suppression lists (bounces, blocks, spam reports) are excluded automatically — 104 deliverability-failed records were quarantined. Buyers can request the consent attestation pack including the original checkout flow screenshot, TOS section, and timestamped version proof.
What about state privacy laws (Washington MHMDA, California CCPA, etc.)?
Buyer assumes downstream marketing-compliance per supplier agreement. We provide the raw data + consent attestation. You're responsible for honoring opt-outs, state-specific consent requirements (WA MHMDA's separate sharing consent), and data subject access requests in your operating jurisdictions.
Does Pepleadz endorse buyers running campaigns for non-FDA-compliant or unapproved compounds?
No. The signed Buyer Agreement explicitly prohibits use of Pepleadz inventory to market FDA-noncompliant products, research-use-only chemicals, unapproved compounds, or any therapeutic category subject to active FDA / FTC / state-AG enforcement. Buyers operating outside compliant channels are in material breach of their agreement and may be terminated without refund. Pepleadz is provider-neutral on the data; the compliance posture of the campaign is the buyer's responsibility.
Can I get a refund if records are non-compliant or low quality?
Quality remediation is governed by your signed Buyer Agreement. We may, at Pepleadz's sole discretion, offer replacement records, partial credit, or full refund where documented quality defects exceed industry-standard thresholds and the buyer has materially complied with the supplier agreement (no resale, no scraping, proper consent honoring, etc.). We do not refund for buyer-execution issues (creative quality, offer fit, conversion rate, audience mismatch) — execution risk is the buyer's. Specific remediation terms are in your countersigned agreement.
Pricing & Exclusivity
How does pricing work?
Filter-additive. $10 baseline per lead. Each filter you add (mobile, Amex, GLP-1 confirmed, exclusive lockup) adds a per-lead surcharge. Volume discounts: 10% at 500, 15% at 1K, 20% at 5K, 25% at 10K. The order builder shows a live line-item breakdown.
What does 'exclusive lockup' mean?
Standard leads are sold to a maximum of 3 buyers (non-exclusive). Exclusive lockup costs +$150/lead, permanently removes the lead from inventory after your purchase. No competitor can buy that record after you. Used by buyers who paid for premium acquisition and don't want their CAC bid up.
Can I get Net 30 / installment terms?
Standard checkout is Stripe-immediate. For purchases above $25,000, we offer Net 30 with verified buyers and 50/50 deposit-balance with new ones. Apply via the 'Talk to sales' link.
Do you have an API tier?
API access is available for buyers running ping-tree networks or recurring inventory pulls. Recurring monthly subscription with rate-limited endpoints, scheduled daily exports, and webhook notifications on new matching inventory. Pricing scales with monthly lead volume committed.
Delivery & Operations
How fast does the CSV arrive?
Under 24 hours from cleared payment. 95% of orders deliver within 4 hours. Larger orders (10K+ records) may queue at the upper end of the SLA.
What format is the file?
UTF-8 encoded CSV. Standard column order documented in the buyer onboarding email. ZIP-archived if over 10K records. API tier gets JSON with the same schema.
Can I re-download my CSV?
Signed URL expires 72 hours after first generation. Re-download at any point during that window. After expiry, contact support for a fresh signed URL — log retention covers 90 days of order history.
What if I need to filter beyond your 25 standard filters?
The Audience Builder exposes all 25 filter dimensions individually. For genuinely custom requirements (specific compound combinations, geographic clusters, custom date ranges), use the 'Talk to sales' link for a custom quote.
Membership & Approval
Why is Pepleadz application-only?
We protect the integrity of the inventory and the buyers we already serve. Open-marketplace lead vendors get sued, get scraped, and price-race to zero. Application-only means we can vet who gets access and what they intend to do with it.
How long does approval take?
Business-domain emails (yourcompany.com) are auto-approved instantly — credentials sent within 60 seconds. Free-email accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) require manual review with a 24-hour SLA.
What gets you rejected?
Generic 'data buyer' applications without a clear use case. Suspected scraping operations. Buyers operating in jurisdictions where peptide marketing is restricted. Resellers attempting to redistribute (your supplier agreement explicitly prohibits this).
